At the Nicholas Pogose Foundation Sports Academy, we monitor Bangladesh’s young cricketer talent through the YZA Cricket app. We encourage talent to improve their game with Ai based coaching, feedback and mentorship. At an annual showcase event for top grassroots talents , they receive expert training, demonstrate their skills before national selectors and VIP guests, and launch their journey from local promise to club and hopefully one day, professional opportunity.
In partnership with Daffodil University, the Nicholas Pogose Foundation Sports Academy brings pop-up coaching programs to this world-class campus facilities—covering cricket, football, athletics, and more. Throughout the year, expert trainers host dynamic clinics that introduce young people to new skills, teamwork, and healthy competition.
